Milby Alumni Foundation Mission Statement

Ø    Make college scholarships available to Milby graduates who have distinguished themselves by academic achievement and/or financial need

Ø    Provide financial grants and awards to faculty members for continuing education

Ø    Provide ways and means for the enhancement of School Facilities and support of School Activities

The Foundation shall be a not-for-profit Texas Corporation

Approved by the Board of Trustees Septmember 25, 1995

Articles of Incorporation were approved November 20, 1995

IRS approval of 501(c)(3) status was granted August 26, 1998
